Orlando Weekly will not knowingly accept or prepare advertisements which promote prostitution or any other type of illegal activity. Orlando Weekly will not accept or prepare advertisements for lawful activities that they know promote illegal activities in reality. If any advertiser suggests in any manner that they intend to participate in prostitution or other illegal activity in connection with a proposed advertisement, the advertisement will be rejected and removed from the site immediately.

When an advertisement is being offered for placement in the newspaper or online, the following rules shall apply:

• If a proposed advertisement contains any obscene or offensive language, it will be taken down without notice. Orlando Weekly reserves the right to determine what is obscene or offensive.
• If the state where the newspaper is primarily circulated requires a license for massage or escort services, a valid license must be indicated in the ad copy.
• Photos are limited to headshots only. All other photos uploaded that are not headshots will be taken down immediately and the purchase price of will not be refunded.
